1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JMC Venues website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
JMC Venues provides wedding and event planning, venue hire, design and catering coordination. All proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30 % of the total estimated event cost is required to secure your date. The final balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Late payments may incur a 3 % surcharge.
4. Cancellations & Postponements
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a 50 % refund of amounts paid excluding the deposit. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit all payments. Postponements are treated as new bookings and subject to availability.
5. Liability
JMC Venues carries public liability insurance up to £5 million. Clients are responsible for insuring personal items, gifts and hired equipment. We accept no liability for injury or loss caused by third-party suppliers contracted on your behalf.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations if delayed or prevented by acts of God, government actions, pandemics or other unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, text, trademarks and designs displayed on this website remain the property of JMC Venues or respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
